Extractives Directory is operated and published by Extractive Insight LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References on this site to “Extractive Insight,” “we,” “us” or “our” in connection with the directory mean Extractive Insight LLC unless the context identifies another entity.

Separate legal entities

Extractive Insight operates through separate legal entities, including Extractive Insight LLC and Extractive Insight Ltd. Each is a distinct legal person and none is liable for the obligations of another. The entity that contracts commissioned work is identified in the applicable letter of engagement. Publication of Extractives Directory, Extractives Daily and Extractive Insight assessment outputs is undertaken by Extractive Insight LLC.

Directory status

Extractives Directory is an informational publication. Inclusion is not an endorsement, accreditation, assurance opinion or independent verification. Records may be submitted by organisations or assembled from official and reputable public sources, as described in the Data Provenance & Corrections Policy.

No advice, rating or recommendation

Directory content is not legal advice, investment advice, a credit rating or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, asset or interest. It does not state or imply that a state, authority, holder or other party has acted or will act improperly. Users remain responsible for independent due diligence and professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.

Names, marks and source material

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, filings and source material remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and information. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
